Christie Development Associates, LLC is completed the ongoing redevelopment project in Bonner Springs, KS. The site, which is located in the southwest corner of K7 Highway and Kansas Avenue, contains approximately 41,850 square feet of retail space. Westlake ACE Hardware occupies the 27,850 square foot big box building and is expected to be open for business by late spring 2011. The 14,000 square foot strip center will also received a facelift to improve the overall appeal and atmosphere of the shopping center and to attract national tenants to fill the available retail space.
A pad site was developed along the frontage of K7 Highway to include Mr. Goodcents and Cricket Wireless.
Area retailers include Walmart Supercenter, Price Chopper, McDonald’s and Walgreens.
